AIMS
To provide students with a wide range of learning experiences to enhance their:
- English language proficiency for study, work and leisure;
- personal and intellectual development, and social skills;
- cultural understanding; and
- global competitiveness.
CURRICULUM
- Family and Friends, a grammar-based textbook with parallel syllabi in skills, is used to develop the students' confidence and competence to communicate effectively in English.
- Readers are used for shared and extensive reading.
- School-based materials with a task-based approach to learning and teaching is adopted in the delivery of the curriculum.
